Terms and Conditions
High and Wild booking and cancellation policies.
We’re pleased to offer the simplest terms and conditions in town. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Due to the specialised nature of our adventures and the small groups we can take, any cancellation or change of date with less than 48hrs notice will incur a full cancellation fee.
2. For group bookings (3 or more people) or any private booking, any cancellation or change of date with less than 14 days notice will incur a full cancellation fee.
3. For all multi-day courses any cancellation or change of date with less than 14 days notice will incur a full cancellation fee.
4. All cancellations made with more than the above periods of notice will incur an admin fee of $45 per person. This is to cover charges applied by our booking software providers.
5. A full refund or free reschedule is offered if the trip is cancelled by High ‘n Wild Pty Ltd (i.e. bad weather, bushfires etc.).
6. A part refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by High ‘n Wild Pty Ltd after commencement.
7. No refund will be given if trip is cancelled or abandoned by a client after commencement.
8. No refund or reschedule will be given if you are late and the trip leaves without you.
